Earlier this year, i had the privilage of being apart of the biggest vw car celebration in the world (for the 4th time) – at Worthersee just outside of Klagenfurt, Austria. Worthersee is the ultimate dub get together for enthusiasts, which takes place in May for over a week of partying and gawking at beautiful cars. I have the extra privilage of photographing some of the most amazing cars at this show from year to year, and this year was definitely no exception.
One of the nicest people i have ever met at the show definitely has to be Steppal Stjepanovic, who is the owner of this amazing MK4 GTI. Steppal is the ultimate baller, having rebuit this car over 6 times with completely different colors, interiors, engines, this car has been the ultimate statement that represents everything about Worthersee – radikal, ever changing and exciting. The second i saw the latest iteration of his ideas incarnate onto this veedub, i knew that it was probably one of the most ultimate dubs i had ever seen.
